One-on-one Mind Body Consultations are offered in 30 min. and hour long increments.

You'll have Dr. Chad's uninterrupted attention and be emailed notes following the consultation for reference.

The consultation is designed to bring awareness to what stressors or upcoming life changes are affecting one’s physical well-being.

Dr. Chad will assist in helping the participant identify what’s going on in their lives and give recommendations and mind-body techniques to help bring resolution to their health crisis.

Half hour cost - $158.00 / Hour cost - $245.00 with 2 HR and 4 HR packages available at a discounted rate.

Aligned Body, Aligned Mission: This training focuses on increasing the awareness of your body’s signals to help you determine if you are in alignment with your values and mission. You will gain insights on the importance of connecting with your body and learn certain body postures and exercises to help you stay empowered and centered in times of change.


Stress Less, Succeed More: This training focuses on how to understand the purpose of stress and instead of managing stress, you will learn how to harness the energy of stress and use it to succeed. Attendees will be given breathing and body connecting exercises to be applied when dealing with stress and learn ways to shift their perceptions. Learn some stress busting techniques and ways to deal with persistent body pains and chronic health issues.


Deciphering the Messages of Your Body: This training focuses on understanding your unique body’s messages in response to challenges and stress. You will gain insights on your body signals and then learn strategies to be pro-active in making the necessary adjustments before pain, tension, or potential health crises can arise.


The Power of Presence: This training focuses on the importance of staying present in the moment when stressors are mounting. You will learn the importance of breath and breathing techniques to stay grounded and centered in the NOW. Body connection exercises will also help you to identify when you are not being present.
